Dr Upasana Arora is a highly respected healthcare leader with over two decades of exemplary experience in hospital administration, healthcare governance, and quality management. As Group Managing Director of Yashoda Super Specialty Hospitals since 2006, she has spearheaded its transformation into one of North India’s most trusted healthcare institutions, renowned for patient-centricity, quality assurance, and value-based care.

Under her stewardship, Yashoda Hospitals chain has become a household name, where generations of families trust their care. Her leadership has been grounded in patient rights, safety, transparency, and affordability, making the institution a model for ethical and sustainable healthcare delivery in India.

A trailblazer in healthcare quality and governance, Dr Arora is the first Indian working in India to be awarded the prestigious Fellowship of ISQua (International Society for Quality in Health Care and Accreditation). She is also a Fellow of the Quality Leadership Program, Harvard Medical School, Boston, USA, and holds an International Fellowship in Health Technology Assessment (HTA) from Anglia Ruskin University, U.K. She has been recognized with an Honorary Doctorate in Hospital Administration by National American University for her lifelong commitment to healthcare excellence.
