About
As Managing Director, Dr. Upasana Arora has added new dimensions for the successful management of the Kaushambi unit of Yashoda Hospitals since its inception in 2006. At the hospital, her emphasis has been on patient rights and safety, transparency in all processes of the hospital and services, with value for money. Her focus on quality of services and patient safety made Yashoda a household name at Ghaziabad where patients family members are the ambassadors of the hospital and first and second generation of the patients also come to receive their treatment. The First Indian working in India to be awarded the prestigious Fellowship of ISQua (International Society for Quality and accreditation.) She is a fellow of Quality Leadership Program - Harvard Medical School, Boston, USA and also holds an International Fellowship on Health Technology Assessment (HTA), Anglia Ruskin University, U.K. She has been continuously working for excellence in healthcare and has earned an Honorary Doctorate in Hospital Administration by National American University.

CA. Sunil H. Talati, Chartered Accountant, has been elected as President of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India for the year 2007-08. ICAI is an Institute, which governs the profession of Chartered Accountancy having 3,00,000 members and also the entire training and examinations of more than 8,00,000 students in the country, set up by an Act of Parliament. He was elected as Vice President of the Institute for the year 2006-07. It is for the first time in the 70 years history of the ICAI, a CA from Gujarat, CA. Sunil H. CA. Sunil H. Talati is M.Com., LL.B., F.C.A. graduated from H.L. College of Commerce, had held various posts of office bearers like Secretary, Treasurer, Vice President etc. in Rotract Club, Junior Jayces and Junior Chamber. He was elected as First Rotract Governor in India and then was appointed as National Chairman of the Council of Rotract Governors.
Doing practice under the name Talati & Talati LLP having Office at Ahmedabad, Anand, Baroda, Surat, Mumbai, Cochin and Delhi. He had been Executive Member of Income-tax Bar Association in 1980 and Chartered Accountants Association, Ahmedabad and Sports Club of Gujarat Ltd. and in Board of Karnavati Club Ltd. since inception.
In 1982 he was elected by securing highest votes in the entire Western Region of W.I.R.C. of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and was appointed as Vice Chairman in the same year.
He was appointed as Public Representative in the governing body of Ahmedabad Stock Exchange by Government of India, Ministry of Finance in 1985 & 1986.
He was elected as president of Chartered Accountants Association, Ahmedabad for the year 1988-1989 and also selected as Member of Executive Committee of Gujarat Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Ahmedabad for the year 1988 and 1989. He has written several papers on Tax Laws and has given talks in various Seminars, Conferences and meetings all over Gujarat as well as all over the Country.
For almost 20 years he was a Co-Author of the Ready Reckoner which is published in Gujarati. He was regularly contributing Article in Financial Express and was regularly writing as a Contributor and Editor in monthly Gujarati book called “Tax Reporter”. He was elected as a President of All Gujarat Federation of Tax Consultants for the Year 2013-14.
He was elected as a Member of Governing Council (Accounting / Auditing and Book Keeping Services Sector) governed by SEPC, set up by the Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Government of India consecutive for third term i.e. years 2015 – 2017, 2017-2019 and again for the term 2019-2021. He was elected as Vice Chairman of the SEPC for the term September-2019 to 2021. Recently he has been elected as Chairman of the SEPC for the term 2021 to 2023 i.e. for period of 2 years. It is first time in the history of Gujarat that a Chartered Accountant has been elected from the state of Gujarat as a Member and Chairman of such a reputed Institution under Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Government of India.
In 2017 he has been appointed by Govt. of Gujarat as a member in the Fee Regulatory Committee for All Medical Colleges in Gujarat.
He has also been appointed in the Special Committee of Coal India Ltd. for considering valuation of all Coal Mines. Recently he has been appointed as an Independent Director of Gujarat State Financial Services Ltd. by Government of Gujarat.

The main operation of the company is inbound tourism meant for bringing tourists from worldwide nations. He has been associated with IATO for last 20 years and has served IATO in various capacities. He was the President of IATO for 5 years from 2016 to 2021. He is presently the Immediate Past President of IATO. He has been recently elected as Member of SEPC Central Governing Council representing Travel and Tourism Sector for 2021-23. He is also one of the Board of Directors of Tourism & Hospitality Skill Council (THSC).
He has travelled abroad extensively and has visited many foreign countries for growing his venture and promoting Indian tourism. Bimal Mehta is the Managing Director of Vakils Premedia. Over the last 26 years, he has led the restructuring of Vakils—from a traditional print business to an IT/ITES global company operating in over 35 countries. At Vakils, he was instrumental in bringing NYSE-listed Bowne & Co. Inc. (acquired by RR Donnelley), the world’s largest financial printing company, to India.

She is known for her expertise in healthcare business turnaround, business start-up and growth strategy – she has been responsible for turning around a hospital business with turnover of ~700 Cr pa and has also been responsible for starting up a large super specialty hospital from scratch and breaking it even in a matter of 11 months.
She is an MBA from Indian School of Business (ISB Hyderabad) and an engineer from BIT Mesra and started her business career early. She has guided and mentored many healthcare startups, is part of several healthcare think tanks and has also been deeply involved in managing the COVID scenario in her state in the last 2 years.
