He was elected as a Member of Governing Council (Accounting / Auditing and Book Keeping Services Sector) governed by SEPC, set up by the Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Government of India consecutive for third term i.e. years 2015 – 2017, 2017-2019 and again for the term 2019-2021. He was elected as Vice Chairman of the SEPC for the term September-2019 to 2021. Recently he has been elected as Chairman of the SEPC for the term 2021 to 2023 i.e. for period of 2 years.
