Ms. Upasana Arora is a dynamic leader in the Indian healthcare industry. She has led Yashoda Super Speciality Hospitals (NABH & NABL accredited) since 2000 now comprising bed strength of more than 700 beds with all super-specialties.

She pursued Harvard Medical School Quality Leadership Program (HQUAL) successfully at Boston (Massachusetts). She is the first Indian to be awarded the prestigious Fellowship of ISQua (International Society for Quality and accreditation) and has been a Mission Member in CII Healthcare Mission on Lean & Six Sigma, NHS-United Kingdom. She also holds an International Fellowship on Health Technology Assessment (HTA), Anglia Ruskin University, UK, and Bronze Certification in Lean Management from Cardiff University, UK. She is an alumnus of Kanpur University, India.

She has been recognised at multiple forums for her contribution to the field of Ethical Healthcare Practices,Affordability, Community Empowerment and Women Leadership. Her contribution to industry is evident in her role as NABH Certified Assessor and CII Healthcare Excellence Award Assessor. She is a member of Consortium of Accredited Healthcare Organizations (CAHO), an Executive Committee Member of AHPI and Member of QCI & ISQua. She is also the sitting Co-Chairperson of Healthcare Council of ASSOCHAM and she represents ASSOCHAM in NABH Board. She has always been advocating the issues related to Private Healthcare with concerned bodies like  MoHFW, NHA, IMA & others.

She carries a vision to channelize Indian healthcare services in an ethical & cost effective manner with an emphasis of maximum international exposure and reversing the brain drain, which will in-turn get
foreign exchange to our country and strengthen the economy
