1. Applicant company/person will completely responsible regarding details visible as company profile.
2. Applicant company/person will responsible to update company profile on SEPC portal, as permodifications in company details, time-to-time.
3. Applicant company/person will abide by all instructions as issued/informed by SEPC, time-to-time.
4. SEPC may delete company profile or modify any option, at any point of time, as per internal decisions/requirements.
5. SEPC, at any point of time, may change the pattern/designing of company profile on its portal.
6. SEPC may use the company profile data to organize its export promotion activities, time-to-time.
7. SEPC will not responsible for any type of data breach, in case may arise, based on company profile page(s), available on its portal.
8. SEPC at any point of time, may apply charges, as per internal decisions/requirements with prior information/notificatio
9. SEPC is developing the profiling page in regard to:
- Create visibility for foreign buyer companies about SEPC members/service providers of India.
- Accessibility to members/service providers by the overseas business counterparts.
- Develop more confidence about SEPC members/service providers of India.
- Develop service sector-wise members directory.
- Deliver efficient services to its members (with value addition) as the targeted service providers.
- Create more networking opportunities for business development of services industry.
10. All rights/options will always remain with SEPC regarding company profiling on SEPC portal, in case, any clause may not mention above but may arise in future.
